Organizations/Groups affiliated with our parish

St. Vincent de Paul  -The Society provides practical assistance to those in need on a person to person basis including home visits and referrals to other agencies. We have specific office hours (Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm-3:00pm) and are located in the parish office where we provide assistance with food and clothing. Lay Salvatorians - We are committed lay members of the Salvatorian Religious Order. After completing a two-year formation program, we have made our commitment vows and work to make the Savior known to all by "all ways and means". Our goals are to serve God and make the Savior and salvation known to all through our lives and actions, to be as Christ to others and to support each other in our daily spiritual walk. Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts -  The mission is to instill values in the youth and to prepare them to make ethical  choices, take leadership roles as adults and to reach their full potential. Contact Chuck Frey at (916) 838-1371 - frey_chuck@yahoo.com

Men's Prayer GroupThey meet every Friday morning from 6:30 - 7:30am in the Y2 portable for prayer and faith sharing.

Knights of Columbus - Father Neil W. Seidl Council, No. 13672 - Since its founding in October 2004, the Father Neil W. Seidl Council of the Knights of Columbus has diligently served the Divine Savior Parish community. Over the years, this service has taken a myriad of forms from assisting with decorating the church and helping with organizing the Parish’s annual Treasurefest to construction of a retaining wall around church property and purchase and installation of church signage. Today, the Father Neil W. Seidl Council continues to serve the community through support of pro-life activities and financial contributions to the Parish Building Fund, American Wheelchair Mission, Saint Vincent DePaul Society, Camp ReCreation, Youth Scholarships, and Special Olympics. The Father Neil W. Seidl Council also actively promotes community fellowship through Council-sponsored events such as the annual Knights Charity Through Golf Tournament, Oktoberfest Dinner, and E-Waste/Recycling Day.
