MPG - Men's Prayer Group
Men, please come to an informal gathering, to pray, learn and share ideas. You're invited EVERY Friday, starting February 10th,  to pray the Rosary and discuss this Sundays readings - and whatever else is relevant.  (Spiritual Growth, Family, Spouse, Kids, Work, Stress, ?)
Gathering will be Friday’s, 6:30am starting with the rosary, then a Gospel discussion, wrapping up around 7:30.  Often times participants will come for the rosary, then may have to leave for work, car pools, etc.  Meeting is in the portable, Y2. (Yes, it's early, but at what other time isn't “something else" going on?)  To be on the distribution for reminders and events, contact Greg Mathews call/text 916-220-3129 or gdmathews@gmail.com

We welcome new people to this ministry at all times. The time commitment is very minimal. As requests for communion increase, so does our workload. And so you will be welcome with open arms!  We take communion to those who cannot get out to Mass for a period of time, and we serve 6 assisted living facilities. Personal coaching is provided!  For more info contact the parish office at 989-7400

Human Trafficking and Your Family

We will be holding a program in 2017 on important issues affecting us all – human trafficking and our unconscious involvement in its perpetuation. By definition, human trafficking is the exploitation of persons in labor venues or commercial sexual activity through the use of force, fraud or coercion or the enticement and involvement of youth, under the age of 18, into sexual conduct.

Studies clearly show the U.S. culture has grown more tolerant of sexual exploitation, more violent, and more addicted to pornography. Consumers willingly, or through ignorance, continue to buy goods that are tainted with slavery in their supply chains. In the U.S. human trafficking is advanced by the demand for cheap products and the growing tolerance for sexual exploitation in all forms of visual and social media.

Both these factors directly feed into the demand for enslaved persons and thereby allow traffickers to make their profit. The 2017 program will help us learn how to stop this trend.   To see flyer Click Here
