Registration for Faith Formation/Youth Ministry
Registration Fair for Faith Formation (Early Childhood through High School including sacrament preparation) takes place each year on the third Sunday morning of May in Hall A. There are representatives of all the grade levels available to show curriculum and to answer questions. For families who can't register in May, there is a second registration in mid-August in preparation for the Kick-off of the Children's Faith Formation & Youth Ministries that begin in late August or early September. Registrations are accepted at any time of the year and especially for children/youth entering the RCIA Adapted process. Please contact Sharon at sharon@divinesavior.com or (916) 989-7400.
Registration Process: The parent / guardian completes a Registration Form which includes contact and health information. The fee for each child is $50.00 and there is an extra fee for children preparing for sacraments. If finances are an issue, arrangements can be made such as contributing service in lieu of the fee. Catechists are given a 50% discount on their total amount. If a parent has a child/youth preparing for a sacrament, a Sacrament Registration Form is also completed which should be accompanied by a baptism certificate.
