But Jesus called for them, saying, “Permit the children to come to Me, and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Children's Faith Formation - Kindergarten through 5th Grade:

Children have a natural curiosity and connection to God, and it is beautifully obvious. They are ignited with a love for Christ right from the start, and this connection to Jesus must be nurtured by all of us – family, friends, and parish community. As they begin discovering how deep and limitless His love is for them, our children’s faith continues to grow and make way for the many blessings in their lives.

At Divine Savior, Children’s Faith Formation for children grades Kindergarten through 5th grade is offered to our parish families. There are three sessions available on Sundays:

8:15am - 9:15am
10:15am - 11:15am
4:15pm - 5:15pm

These times become a wonderful opportunity for our children and their families to discover a deeper connection to their faith and to the love Jesus has for all of us. It is an opportunity to leave the busyness of our lives and to connect as the family God wants us to be. These times also make it easy to come together at Mass; 9:30 and 11:30 respectively.

Children's Faith Formation Coordinator is Jen Shaver. Jen can be reached with questions at  She speaks fluent English & Spanish.

***Volunteer opportunity: Come join us as we discover what God has in store for us each Sunday! Catechists and teen helpers are needed! We would love to have your support!
