I have been privileged to be Director of Liturgy and Worship at Divine Savior since August 2016. Previously, I was the Director of Liturgy and Music at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Clovis, where I had worked and worshiped since 1999, and also taught music at the parochial school. I have worked as a liturgist since 1992, and have certifications in liturgical and catechetical ministry as well as grief ministry. I have played piano since I was 5 years old, and have accompanied church and school choirs since 5th grade. Since my birth in Indiana, college years in Texas and eventual move to California, my life has been filled with blessings; the biggest has been being a mother to my five children.
I am a cancer survivor, near fatal car accident survivor, and divorce survivor, and I am overwhelmingly grateful for the miracles of these events as well as for the everyday miracles we all experience.
“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32
